Movement Pattern Routines

anyone know anything about this topic or links to it. a few friends have mentioned it, and i’d like to know more of what they are talking about. thanks for the help

Movements as in a push day not a chest day. as in the body works in unison. When you push a weight you are using shoulders chest, tris, lats, core etc or Pull, legs its working the bodfy as plains of movement not isolated parts.

Then you can fyrther break in down to say verticle and horizantal planes of pushing and pulling etc. Look at stuff by Chad Waterbury and Alwynn Cosgrove. Use the search function.

ah thats what i thought, just didn’t want to sound like a complete moron. thanks. and i’ll be sure to check out those authors.
