Mouthguard Pain

Hi, i wear a mouthguard for the first time yesterday, i buy it, a simple one, L size 170<, and i had a bit pain and the top of my jawbone, it is like i was eating a chewing gum for one hours.
Yesterday i had a little fight maybe i pressure to much my jawbone with this mouth guard i dont know, or this stuff is a bit to big.
I had a little bit pain now when i open my mouth.

Just i want to know if is Normal in the begining or that mean that i need to change for a other one more little, thank

If you used it it means you did some sparring?
Probably you were tense and stressed and you were biting on it too much. It will take time to relax in these situations :slight_smile:
