Motivation

I haven’t been to the gym in like 3 weeks and I’m getting really annoyed because I just feel like crap alot and dont want to go.The first week I had a bad sinus infection that wouldnt go away and the last week and a half or so I just havent wanted to go and when I say im definitely going I just drift away from it the Idea until I forget. Ive been doing some push ups and walking but no lifting.

I dont feel like ive lost any muscle yet but im sure I have, I havent gained any weight and I need to get motivated again before I start gaining weight. I just feel like it takes so much energy to do everything I have going and cant handle it. When I think about it, its not that hard but when it comes time to do something I just dont wana do it.

When you do go back, do a light whole body workout the first couple of time, get your body used to lifting again.
