what is your favorite article(s) that everyone should read?
“Warring Chains of Signifiers”: Metaphoric Ambivalence and the Politics of Paradise Lost. Everyone should read this article and then write me a summary so I can use it for my term paper ![]()
Get Laid Testosterone Way, Ian Kings 12 weeks to upper body strength and limping series, Home Alone (Atomic Dawg article), Steroids for Health. I’ll come back if there are more.
Oh, anything by Martha Stewart, especially the one about using raffia to…oh…eyes widening…you mean on T-Mag?!
*Thinking quickly* "Heirarchy of Needs" is the most recent and best article. It contains loads of common sense for both the newbie and seasoned weight trainer. But, really, T-Mag's provided so many good articles that it's really hard to put any particular one on top. I do really enjoy any article here that's about nutrition and diet, though.
“The Fat Roundtable”, which I read yesterday, really opened my eyes. “Massive Eating 2” is another great one.
Lazy Man’s Guide to Stretching by King, Maximal Weights by Chuckie Poliquin, Massive Eating by Berardi, Steroids for Dummies by Cy.
“Merry Christmas, Bob” … gets me back on track everytime I read it.
My favorite articles are “the” followed by “a” and “an”!
One of my favourite articles has got to be “foods that make you look good nakid”
On a more serious note: As a trainer, I would have to recommend
“The Missing Ingredient” - It renders clear the importance
of keeping a food/training journal!

Anything about Westside Barbell or anything by Coach Davies.
the big woof: get laid the testosterone way,
anything on the site by charles poliquin, and the skeptics power drive experience (power drive is underrated and just a great, great supplement and this article convinced me to give it a try, i’ve been taking it for three years now)
I’m with you, mikeh. Merry Christmas, Bob… was, and still is, the best.
“Gut Check” by Chris Shugart.
Anything written by the ‘Gang’ grin
Any Guest Atomic Dog by Shugart. ‘Gut Check’ too in paper mag.
Even though I’m more into the training side of things, I really like that Foods That Make You Look Good Nekid article.
