I have no idea about my bodyfat as i said i was one track minded… if the scales was not goin up i ate more it was THAT scientific :smiley:

I HOPE to be left with 210-225 thats my hope thats giving a HUGE difference but any people i talked to said whatever you think you have to lose add 10 or 15lbs :frowning:

So just have to wait and see what im left with really time will tell. What may happen if i get to 215 and i still need to go down more i may stop… i prefer my size over abs any day of the week ! Thing is i get away with it im tall and broad so this is all new territory for me really.

As for tips, i literally spent about 2 hrs last night with some poor new guy telling him all he needed to grow, my advice line is closed for a few days :smiley:

Hell best of luck with it, anyone in MY opinion under the age of 21 has zero business dieting down to 5-6% get as much size as possible once you hit late twentys early thirtys your hormones ain’t gonna be what they used to.

That’s why these poor 16 yr old guys make me wanna bash their head off a wall… their 16 christ ANY work in the gym some cardio and not total idiotic nutrition and they are sorted.

But due to alot of factors, im just fed up of gaining weight !
Eating less has been a blessing, plain chicken breats are frigging BORING so i have no desire to eat either.

So ya hopefully 2-3 months i have 7 years worth of excess overspill to lose :slight_smile:

Everyone knows you simply gain fat when you bulk up so he probably lost muscle too. Everyone over 200lbs is obese.

u spent 2 hours fuck rather u then me mate i dont have the patience to talk to someone for that long, 225 sounds a good bet i think 210 seems lil bit to small but you will have to see.

I’ve been on here reading, posting etc for years and have been friends with some really nicely built people and seen some killer pics that people post up. And it’s typically obvious when they aren’t real pics of them self.

I should be around 210-215 at the end of next month. After a solid year + of bulking that is. No more abs; but after a 2mo period of maintaining I’ll be ready to cut down to hit weight in the 198lb power-lifting class. Then I’ll update pics.

I’ve been taking progress photos of myself for YEARS. I have one when I was 165lbs my 2nd year of college. Nasty.

But when I decided to start a strict post-college regiment; I was 198 not too pretty looking (thanks to lots of drinking ). So I might post up some “along the way” pics of my journey from 198 to 180 to 215 and then update it once I get to 198 again. We’ll see.
