Why are cows so beefy when they’re vegetarians?

Well, parrots taste like shit and apparently they live for like 40-60 years while chickens are 7 weeks from egg to freezer.
Ya know, I weigh 284 right now and got bloodwork done. Cholesterol was shitty and my estrogen was high, that’s about it. Both are very fixable. IMO, my quality of life has drastically improved the more muscular I’ve gotten and it’s just something I greatly enjoy and am good at, I have no desire to stop because of some potential health complications that I May face when I’m 70 even though I take those into account. The benefits far outway the risks in my mind.
Obviously if you are a fat fuck and justify it by calling yourself a bodybuilder than yah, you’re a retard.

What’s the heaviest that you’ve been - if you don’t mind me asking? Because, you’re also pretty tall as well.
I ask because I’m 6’5 - 250 and I’ve often wondered do I have to break close to 300, if I’m ever going to see the results I seek (if that makes sense)

Obviously depends on bodyfat, but I’m 6’5" as well and have been as heavy as 285. I looked great in clothes but too soft when shirtless.

Cool - yeh I thought so, the sad thing is that I don’t feel much different from when I weighed about 30lb lighter. I get told that I look different - but I don’t see it myself.
I’ve been 291 a few years back but I was over 20% BF, obviously I look much better now.
LOL audio, I know right?

Excuse me, let’s get back on topic here. Your take on the correlation of size and life expectancy in the animal kingdom? I’ll expect citations from peer-reviewed journals or GTFO.

What do you think was the cause of the high cholesterol? I ask because from what I’ve read your diet is very good so I’m guessing maybe more CV is required?

anyone who thinks im fat has serious mental issues. when you have a near 18 inch difference between chest and waist measurement, thats called being in proportion. show me a fat guy that has that sort of comparison.

dude, why do you think that if someone is big, they must be in bad cardiovascular shape. you do realize that if a person that size spends time doing cardio, he can have just as strong a heart and be in just as good a shape as a 140lber. size is only bad if one only does lifting without cardio.

you guys should really checkout or google, “the cholesteral Myth” and a recent study that was completed and was talked about at a recent symposium. its talks about how cholesteral has very little to do with heart attacks and clogging of the arteries. its only a very very small part. it was revealed that high cholesteral is actually a good thing. and the medical community has been lying to the public for years. so you people really need to learn more and stop worrying about cholesteral levels. I stopped a few years ago.

Please tell me the secret of how you got to 190 pounds after using a ton of steroids.
Please. I really need to know your secret.

Because the bacteria in their stomachs allows them to utilise nitrogen from plant sources. They get a fuckton of protein.
