Morning Nausea

Well I’ve been at school for 3 weeks now. I’ve gotten a pretty good diet (well, better than it’s ever been) going now. I never really thought I’d want to or could eat every 2-3 hours, but its working really well. However, as the title of this post suggests, I have a problem.

When I get up in the mornings now, I have a moderate case of nausea from not eating for 6-8 hours. This makes it a real bitch to get those hardboiled eggs down in the morning. Does anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions? I don’t wake up in the middle of the night, so don’t suggest that i do that and eat something.

I have been eating well for about 3-4 months. I still have morning nausea. It lasts for about 20-30 min. It is not everyday though. I usually work out at night and eat before i go to bed. This may be the cause i don’t know. When do u usually work out?

Yup. That first meal is murder. I get full easy in the morning too. Even protien drinks are nothing too fun. Hey does grow have digestive enzymes in it? I’ve never used it but I heard digestion is better than with other protiens. Thanks.

Maybe you’re pregnant.

I used to have morning nausea too. It just kind of went away with age. This may not be terribly helpful, but other than sticking to things that you find as appetizing as possible, I don’t know what else you can do except force the food down.
