More Mass Please !

I’m going to go on a mass buliding program in two weeks. I’ll be using MAG-10 , Alpha Male and M. My question is for all you guys that have tried different mass programs more than(2or3)

Which ones did you use. And which one gave you the most mass. If you can how much mass did you get out of the program? Which one would you recomend?
My diet will be very clean.
So lets hear it.

Quattro Dynamo

O.V.T.

ABBH 1 or 2

I’m sure there are some I’m missing, hopefully someone will chime in with them.

I’m starting Quattro Dynamo the first week in November and am absolutely stoked to hit it!

man if ur on MAG-10 i would go with Quattro, the others are for less “enhanced” training, Quattro will give u all u can handle to maximize ur growth cycle

JB, Did you do The Quattro already.’
