Full Body + Chins Between Pressing

Hi. I am using Full Body template (phase 1) by some time and just want to hear your suggestion about little assistance modification.

This is original template:

Monday
Squat - 5/3/1
DB Bench - 5 sets
DB Rows - 5 sets

Wednesday
Squat - 5 x 40%, 5 x 50%, 5 x 60%
Bench Press - 5/3/1
Chins

Friday
Squat - 5 x 40%, 5 x 50%, 5 x 60%
Press - 5/3/1
Deadlift - 5/3/1

And my modification:

Monday
Squat - 5/3/1
DB Bench - 5 sets + Chins
Kroc Row - 1 x max

Wednesday
Squat - 5 x 40%, 5 x 50%, 5 x 60%
Bench Press - 5/3/1 + Chins
Dips - total 100 reps

Friday
Squat - 5 x 40%, 5 x 50%, 5 x 60%
Press - 5/3/1 + Chins
Deadlift - 5/3/1

As you can see I change regular dumbbell rows to Kroc rows, and added chins between pressing exercises. Also I add bodyweight dips in second day, until I do 100 reps in 4 sets I want doing them without adding weight.

Is that fine?

How long have you done the original template? If you haven’t done it, why are you changing it?
