I believe we’re all of us working to improve our squats all the time. It’s a constant struggle to keep form and I’m not close yet, myself. Gotta get those shoulders going up at the same time as the hips, rather than after…

Whey protein is my savior in situations like this. Even when I can’t eat (schedule, stress, etc.) I can always get a 2-3 50+g shakes down.

google has betrayed me, and I can find no information on the polish press. what is it?

Eating is my downfall too. I don’t get hunger cues usually. Supershakes usually save the day. A cup of milk, a cup of cottage cheese, a cup of berries, 1/3 cup natty pb, a scoop or two of whey… if you’re really hard core add a bunch of spinach (no real change in taste but it coats your teeth). A full meal’s worth of calories!

I wish sometimes I could not eat. Hmmm.

eating isn’t hard. there are a bunch of high fat, high calory things out there incuding nuts, coconut milk, avocado oil… I could go on and on. No one needs to be hungry to down a spoonful of peanut butter.
