However, I think you need more space. You’re gonna trip and put an eye out.

I was just thinking this week that you should do a garage sale or donate to charity and clean up your space a bit.
I’ve often wondered how you can do such complex lifts in such a tiny space. Where there’s no room for error. Makes me nervous watching your vids.
Well, because I’m awesome, obviously.

Geez, catch up will ya?
He’s doing Olympic Lift “instability” Training it’s the latest thing.

Doing snatches and clean and jerks while avoiding various obstacles (old PC’s, washer/dryers, bikes etc) great for stimulating the CNS.
It’s very functional.

For something, I’m sure.

Is this better for you neatness nabobs?

Winter in Pacifica.

its not fun if there isnt a bunch of crap or a bunch of other lifters, or plates in the way.

geez all these PL people want it to be a big solo act under lights.

until they bench and need all their friends :)))))

Dan John wrote an article- haha about training lifts in a small space-
like his bedroom and how he could not miss - ( even with reduced poundages)
and that training in such confinement gave him success in the meets at a that time.

Yeah, we get a fair bit of werewolf weather here, but, as I grew up in the foggiest place in the US, it’s tolerable.

I’m unable to comment on your hair because “Grooming” over the internet is a serious crime here in the UK!

Get it? Grooming? Oh nevermind.

^this went way over my french brain. someone care to explain s’il vous plait?

great job, from messy to anal retentive. you can’t win

I no longer hope to win, just to lose less harder.

Sorry nlmain,

I can’t really explain it, you obviously have to be British to get it. Suffice to say, grooming means something entirely different here as well.

Its true what they say, “divided by a common language!!”

I get it, unfortunately.

Two thumbs up for the love machine. Singing the song now.

Now I’m curious. Is there anywhere in the US foggier than Pacifica? I mean, that even beats SSF – growing up there made certain that I had not a bit of sun-damaged skin in adulthood.

That explains it. I’ve never been further north than Clear Lake.

My tolerance for fog has completely disappeared.

Did my weightlifting meet before this. Snatches went well, though they looked awful. Borked my last two attempts on Clean and Jerk. I can’t post any of it until the end of the week so that the other competitors don’t get wind of it.

Happy Thanksgiving.

I look forward to seeing your vids. your lifting is very impressive.

A couple of them were quite exciting to make…for me, anyway. And thank you. “I am but an egg.”

Points if you can tell what book that’s from.
