I can’t believe you posted every single one of those upsidedown without noticing, lol
Damn! That’s a nice set up you got there. I’m definitely jealous!

LOL. Why would I want to stare at myself all night? Everyone knows mirrors are only in gyms so you can inconspicuously watch Miss Hotpants doing SLDL anyway.

be honest. you know you’ll be too tempted to stare at your abs
quick question for you MODOK. have you ever deviated from your “paleo?” or “low(er) carb” diet for a higher carb diet for whatever reasons? and if so, did you notice a difference in performance in the gym? (strength, endurance, pumps, muscle mass & bodyfat, etc.)
i only ask because im really trying to figure out my own physiology and how it responds to various diets. i get real lean, really quick when i go on a paleo diet. but then my strength and endurance in the gym goes to the shitter and all my lifts decrease by 20-30lbs within 2 days of lower carbs. its like a catch-22, get bigger lifts and more PRs but look like shit, or be weak(er) and look good lol.
thanks for your time! nice gym setup btw.

Easing myself back into dedicated, twice a week training this week. I’ve decided I’m going to give BBB another shot after 1/1/12 for 3 months.
I have never posted pictures of my home gym either, so I’ll post that up tonight. I’m proud of the little set-up I’ve got atm.[/quote]
Good luck when you start back up with BBB. I am doing BBB right now myself, just got started but I am really excited to get back in the gym!
