Has anyone here modified the young Jim Wendler program to fit with the the more current leader/anchor approach?
I ran YJW as an anchor to Monolith. It matched up really well, in my opinion.
Do all your main work for 5’s Pro for 2 Leaders, then switch main work to PR sets and Jokers for 1 Anchor?
I actually think you should just run it as is. When you can’t get at least 5 reps on your 1+ sets retest your TM’s.
