Cool. I’m out too.

(ID and Blackie walk off into the sunset).

lol

I agree with ID and don’t really see what the big deal is.

Actively stretching your scapular musculature is incredibly stupid and would give you a wider lat spread, the same way hyperextending your thumb would give you better thumb flexibility. With that said, your gonna have a hard fucking time growing your delts and pecs from the front delt/bicep inflammation that will in sue indefinitely till you barbell overhead press with full rom to rehab it for quite sometime.

This is a waste of time as are most stretching protocols. The best way to enhance your physique besides traditional training, diet, and supplementation techniques is site injections, deep tissue massages and hours upon hours of posing practice with someone who knows what they’re doing…you know like a pro bodybuilder. Secret threads/techniques/training is not required.

Cause if you withheld info after opening your idiotic mouth, that would be your fault. However, if your muscle armour can’t take a little name calling that’s cool. I know it hurts to be like, alright maybe I shouldn’t be so damn superior, but I seem to have received the info i needed. Thanks, though you coulda saved yourself a public chastising by a little fuckhead had you been honest and not condescending.

our completely off the boat. This is not about dislocating your shoulders, thats just imagery people are using. Dislocating your thumb sounds stupid and contributes no additional strength gains to to an increase in any sort of muscle, since your thumb is a fairly small and important part of your body which is dedicated to “fine motor skills” Do not dislocate your thumb. However, watch jim carrey on SNL do his workout routine, I suspect he has achieved a similar sort of skill to that of DC. Further, squats wthout stretching is like a head on car crash without a seatbelt.

yeah well footballs dumb!

I cant speak for the others but I personally had never seen the actual article.

I had a vague idea of what needed to be done from what was readily available and written on IM by Dante.

I dont think talking about what Dante has openly talked about is a problem, I may be wrong.

What I do think is that when the author of an actual article decides (thats the important part here, the one some of you seem to be missing) to not openly publish the actual way to do it, he should have the authority on this.

Now I know we could say he actual did publish it but come on, I think its clear to anyone who read his posts on the matter that he realized he shouldnt have published the newsletter and was kinda happy that no one seemed to have it put online…

Having seen the article now, I can see why he didnt want it readily available… you can bet at least one person will try and fuck something up in the process… sure that’s not directly Dante’s responsability as he didnt “make” the person do it/or not but still… if the info wasnt there that one person couldnt even have tried the thingy.

Hope that makes more sense now.
