I will be starting Fat Fast for two weeks. I want to modify it to make it a little more well rounded. My plan is two meals of salmon, three meals of protein + flax, and one meal of four organic grass fed eggs. I think this is enough saturates, but I also think adding 2 or 3 tbsp of olive oil daily to my shakes would make the diet much more well rounded. I would keep my kcals under 2000. Is it worth it to modify it in this way? Will there be any of the thyroid benefits I hope to gain from this? I don’t want total down regulation during two weeks. I will be using T2, ECA, and Yohimbe, and Meltdown since I cannot have a morning workout.

I’m 17, so I’m considering T2 as my androgen support. Thanks for the tip on Cheater/EDT. I’ll look into using it instead of anabolic-style after my two week fat fast, but right now I’m looking for two extreme weeks.
T2, isn;t going to help you save muscle when on a extremley retricted caloric intake. If you do this you will lose a nice amount of muscle, probably more so than fat. I like Ike’s suggestion. Look at the past threads on fat fast here on the forum. I personally did it while using 4 ad ec and it worked great. Think this one through and read up on T2.

HotRoxx is your anwer, it’s awesome at muscle preservation during diets and of course is one of the best fat burners out there.
Look at the HotRoxx challenge, etc. for examples of just how well it works at fat loss, muscle preservation, and appetite suppresion (also something really important if you’re intent on doing the FatFast for two weeks.
At least stay away from a traditional ECA if you’re going this route for 2 weeks!
I felt like I was going to have a heart attack during my workout today. I didn’t do the third round of Meltdown. Maybe I should cut out the last dose of thermos. I’ll use the same tommorow and see how it goes.

Agathos, Hot Rox is my fall back. I want to get down to 165 at 5-8% while maintaining strength and compete olympic. I will be using fat fast and thermos for two weeks since anabolic-style hasn’t been working. I will probably try EDT and cheater diet after a week of coming off since that’s an approach I’ve never tried. After I get to 165 and make some strength progress I’ll see how I like being that size and strong. If I like it, I’ll stay there and try to continue strength progress while keeping cals near maintainance and protein lower than it has been in the past. Majority of diet will be veggies with significant fruits. I’ve been 230 @ 18% before, so no one give me crap about wanting to be 165. I want to try both ends of the spectrum. Anyway, I will be using Hot Rox if nothing else works since I know it will.
