Mobility & Joints Popping

When I focus on improving my mobility it ends up in my joints popping. At this point it’s most of the major joints that can pop in two or three different directions. It’s getting so every time I stand up from my desk I need to snap everything into place just to walk to the microwave, and I’m getting tired of the comments about “getting old” and “working too hard in the gym”.

Other than the comments and the routine I’m not bothered by the popping pain-wise. But does anyone know how to decrease all this popping? I’ve read that magnesium may help and stretching/yoga. Since it’s the mobility/stretching that uncovered the issue I don’t see much help there and am just looking for additional ideas. Thanks.
