I’ve got the Marc Pro this week and I have to say it is already making a difference in my recovery from strenuous activity. I am using the device twice a day sometimes. Today I used the machine to zap my shoulders and upper arms before doing upper body lifting and the results were good as I set a PR on a bench variety.
I must add that I am also flossing my shoulders with voodoo floss bands prior to lifting and I continue to use my LAX ball as well as my foam rollers. Today I have done about an hour of mobility work and before bed I will do another hour on the marc pro to facilitate a quicker recovery from the lifting tonight and accumulated muscle fatigue from my occupation.
I believe one could spend thousands of dollars on going to a physical therapist for the treatment you can give yourself using the marc pro. I would contend that with continual use the benefits with mobility and rapid recovery from intense physical activity will be invaluable.

Nice upgrade by Joe DeFranco to his Agile 8. Now the Limber 11. Nice write up and excellent almost 20 minute video with great coaching cures.
This is a must see IMO.
Up to the top for the sticky.
