1st Time I have ever heard anything about this but Rubish mentioned he puts his undergrip hand a half inch further outside.
This makes sense because your wrist doesnt attach dead center to your hand.
Any other people aware of this? How late to the party am I?
Also could this be what causes me to tweak my back on my undergrip side every time it gets heavy? Or if not my back my sciatica?
That is pretty standard with mixed grip.

I didnāt start out that way, but saw a similar video and have been spacing it as such ever since. No issues so far.

Thatās how I do it. Especially with sumo it stops the bar coming away from you on the underhand side.
