if you missed your pre workout meal or had a pretty weak one, what could you do to compensate for that? a meal replacement bar or a shake, and what would you include in that shake?
Usually would just say fuck it and try not to let it happen again.
If I felt weak from this I would just have a simple glucose type drink.
i guess it depends on what your goals are. But in any case i’d go with whey protein with or without carbs or milk.

throw up and eat it again, it’s double the calories… oh wait.
depends on if I was still hungry, I can’t exercise when I’m hungry, I feel like my body is just eating the little bit of muscle I have. I have none to spare.
a sugary drink would suffice along with a banana a few BCAAs
