… bottled water, of course, not that nasty contaminated city water…

And not many other animals have the requisite dexterity to milk another animal, nor the desire to share their milk with a different species.

how many undomesticated mammal sit on the internet argueing about the merits of spending time lifting weights (which other mammal does that), or talking about the relative merits of various supplements to improve body composition…I see mammals doing this all the time.
They also dont cook up their kill with some peppers, tomatoes and cheese and have a big chilli fest either.

Actually a recent study indicates that alot of childhood obesity is a drink result of the excess of milk they serve at schools. Mind you this is at the adolescent age, not breast milk.
My own personal opinion? The milk you buy in grocery stores is shit, way too much sugar. Either drink natural milk (from the cow, yuck) or invest the extra dollar to drink Hood’s Low Carb Dairy Beverage (very similar to milk).
The above information is what I am remember off of the top of my head in my Biology of Foods class, I didn’t bother referencing back to the book, so i get a detail wrong, blow me.

I’d say the reason the study showed obesity resulting from milk served at schools is because the majority of people who drink milk at school, drink chocolate milk. School chocolate milk has about 45 grams of sugar compared to 12 in regular milk.

And let me guess, your parents got their ideas from watching other mammals consume soy milk, brown rice milk, and almond milk?
I’m sorry but that must be the stupidest argument ever, even better when juxtaposed with an example of another behavior that is unique to humans. If I wanted to live my life without ever doing anything that other animals didn’t do I’d have to roll over and die right now.
Welcome to the top of the food chain and the position of dominant species on the planet.
