Seated military: 266.5 x 5 reps @270 BW

Fractional plates are great for steady weight increases on the bar!

225 for 10 behind the neck or to clavicles while seated

315 for 10 at eye level, 375 max to eye level

125 pound dumbells for 12 reps all at 225 pounds

Some of you guys make me wanna go train harder.

225 barbell seated strict to chin. It really hurts me when I come below the chin.

95 dbs seated strict

I don’t really do push presses

Standing Strict Press: 175x1
Bodyweight: ~160-165

83Kg MP 72.5KG strict

83Kg MP 60Kg x 3reps : each rep paused so more like 3 singles in a row

86Kg MP 60Kg x 6reps x 4sets : no pause but no crazy bounce at the bottom

There are some realy good numbers here. I’ve definatly got my work cut out for me. I would just be thrilled to do 185x5 standing let alone some of these big lifts.
