Mike O'hearn's Power Bodybuilding

Seriously guys, we can’t have a threat talking about someone without the “he’s on steroids, the weights are fake, this, that” and all this pointless butthurt ?

There’s a video of a 800lb squat. Good enough for me. This guy is stronger that probably 99% of everyone hating him here, so why don’t you guys pull your heads out of your asses and be a bit humble ?

Same with people who mock Duke Nukem ( Andy Hamman ) for faking the 600 pound bench with the wiped cream thingy, when there’s several videos of him putting up real and solid 500 RAW, and doing other very impressive lifts. I also remember a video of him pressing two 130-140lb supermodels/bikini competitors overhead for reps ( 260-270lb total ?) with extreme ease. How many people here can do that ? Nobody ? Okay, then go fuck yourself.

So, my point here is, these guys might, or might have not, faked some lifts, buuuuut, at the same time they have proof of themselves hitting a number very close to the one they originally claimed, AND, putting up incredible numbers on other lifts. If someone claims a 800 squat but only hits 750, that guy is still a strong sonofabitch no matter if he lied or what. Get fucking over it.

Seriously, this thread remembers me of those youtube videos where someone does a incredibly heavy lift with ease and there’s 7000 hatefull comments of pure jealousy.

Your absolutely right about this, thank you

They should have cast O’Hearn as Jack Reacher. Even if he can’t act he would still be better than douchebag Tom Cruise.

I was thinking he should of got the role for captain America, chris evans cant act worth anything and the movie wasnt even good however Ohearn LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE CAPTAIN AMERICA!!

same hair colour
same eye colour
same height - more or less
SAME WEIGHT
same build
same strength

come on

same with hugh jackman and batman

same hair colour
same height
same weight - hugh would have to gain 5 or 10lbs max
same amount of chest hair as Batman is depicted in Hush

and he looks like bruce wayne does and his voice sounds somewhat similar to Kevin Conroy who does batmans voice in TAS and on Arkham city game

That’s Hollywood for ya. As long as people keep paying to see movies with miscast actors in them they will keep churning them out. I will do my damnedest to ensure no one I know pays money to see the Reacher film.

It’s a link to his site and videos. Some lifting are on there. Make your own judgments.

Good weight for a 3/4 squat. Why the hell would anyone have a cage, and not use it?

FWIW O’Hearn auditioned for Captain America and Conan:

No comment on the rest.

Great idea!

Though he is a little too pretty.

That would just make him banging every smokeshow female sidekick in each novel much more believable, in my opinion.

Your posts here were good…but you have to realize it is always the same guys. It would seem some only post in this forum just for that.

You really don’t have to defend Ohearn much more than you have. Like was stated earlier, if you write off everything someone says and does because you disagree with one statement or action, you were likely looking for something to hate anyway.

I am a little surprised at those who seem to skip right over the differences in body weight as if they thought someone would be the same strength at 240 that they are 50lbs heavier. It would mean some responding aren’t all that advanced themselves.

haha thanks man, i realised at the beginning how this would be, I find it funny how i posted that there was a video with evidence i think 3 or 4 times in this thread and it just keeps getting looked past, people just like to complain tear others down, so sad

Im just a huge fan of him because i share the same views on training as ive seen him write about and hes a great example that you can be superhumanly strong while still being asthetic you just have to do work be consistent and continuously making progress

heheee…

looks like

while we on it

Tom Platz

Kurt Russell

(ok now lets get back on the topic)

Don’t think he needs much in the way of defense. Where would you have him focus for improvement? Hard to say for me. I would say maybe shoulders??

Ah ha a trick!

Ohearn needs no improvements he is already Alpha as f*** to the max

I’d say maybe some more mass on his calves. other than that he seems to be hitting incline first for chest these days trying to bring up his upper chest some more.
