How many capfuls of methoxy is a serving? I know the serving size is 2 teaspoons, but is a capful a teaspoon?
Just get an oral syringe at any pharmacy for a buck or two. I’ll never go back to spoons or caps. Just poke it through the seal on the top of the bottle - no mess, exact measurement. Get one with a bottle stopper if you’ve already removed the seal.
Thats what I had planned to do but im at work and started taking it today…needed a cap measurement for here when im too dumb to remember my syringe.
Well, two capfuls twice per day ended up giving me the predicted number of servings.
