Methoxy

When is the best to take a methoxy supplement? I just started it and I was wondering if I should be taking it right before my workout, in the morning, or what. Thanks for any help.

It’s best to take it twice per day at
approximately 12 hour intervals. I don’t
think there’s much if any importance to how
those times relate to your workout, because
blood levels are pretty constant with this protocol.

Yes.

If it’s 5-methyl-7-methoxyisoflavone itself,
then the duration of action is much shorter
and to get reasonably constant levels you’d
need to take it 5-6 times per day. If instead
one plans on having variable blood levels,
I don’t know what timing would be best. I’d suppose that before a workout would be a good time for one of the doses but I’m not actually sure that the timing would make a difference. In other words, 4 hours of activity may be 4 hours of activity, regardless of exactly when it started.
