message for SLAINE--Riboforce HP

SLAINE, I too know that feeling when buying a new supplement–along with that feeling of being a kid again, I have hopes and dreams of looking like those juice monkeys you see posed in the adds for those supplements, thinking that they’ll get me there. Wow, I don’t know how much 170 Australian dollars are, but that seems expensive. To answer your questions, I tried different protocols when using this stuff. At first, I took it right after my workout. Then, when I got home (which would be about 20 minutes), I had an MRP and an hour later a regular meal. Then I found out this supplement was meant to be a preworkout drink, so I took one before and after my workouts. But that became expensive, so I reduced my intake back to one a day either before or after. As far as my gains and strength went, it really didn’t matter when I took it (before workout versus after), as long as I had it in me. But I gotta tell you. After doing one of those Ian King leg workouts and thinking how much I want to strangle the guy for putting me through all that pain, there’s not a better feeling than to down one of those riboforce drinks. It’s hard to explain the feeling, but it feels good. It’s like I can feel all that energy and vigor I fused in the gym fill up all the way from my toes, to my atrophied quads, all the way to my chest and arms. In the end, I don’t feel so burnt out anymore. Try experimenting on your own when to take the stuff (before or after workout) and find out what’s best for you. Hope this helps.

Thanks reeshdawg for taking the time to explain, i was thinking of taking it mostly right after my workouts but at times i will take it right before. This is my second day of taking it and just today i was training legs and boy what a freaking workout!!! I did about 10 sets of squats and then went to the leg press machine and tore it to pieces. FANTASTIC.
Thanks bro.
