I asked somebody about them and he told me that they are EASILY the best supplements to take.
He told me to take Riboforce HP before a workout and Synthevol EAS after, as it sends your insulin levels skyrocketing.
They are VERY expensive i have noticed. What do you guys think? Are they very good supplements?
Thanks.
Never tried the Riboforce, but I know that Syntevol is EASILY the worst tasting supplement I have ever taken. It worked ok, but tasted horrible.
I’ve been on Roboforce HP for a couple of months and it has worked well for me. It’s expensive stuff, so you might not want to take any other supplements with it to save you money. I’ve noticed my recovery was a lot better when I was on the stuff. When I ran out, I felt like shit the days after my workouts. Plus, when I was on it, my workouts were a lot better, especially on those low carb days. You don’t get a jolt as if you were on ephedrine and caffeine, but it gives you what you need for a good workout. The ribose is also good to replenish any lost APT you got from a workout too. Oh, and it tastes pretty damn good also.
Hey reeshdawg how many times per day did you take the riboforce? I dont know why companies get so fussed about the taste of a supplement. Personally if it works i will take it no matter what it tastes like.
Hi John, did you take the Synthevol directly after a workout only?
Thanks.
Yeah, I took it postworkout. Then a protein shake like an hour later
SLAINE, my recovery was a lot better from taking 2 servings of Riboforce HP rather than just one. I took a serving an hour before my workout and immediately after. 30-45 minutes after my second serving I would have a shake. This was very expensive for me, so I had to reduce my servings to just one a day, and I would take it before my workout. My recovery was still pretty good though. This is a very expensive product, and I’m gonna see if buying ribose and creatine separately will save me money.
Thanks reeshdawg, i will be trying either ribose or synthevol. Here in australia these products cost $150 each (australian dollar).
