Meltdown Training Progress

Has anyone added an extra day of cardio to the Meltdown Training program? I?m thinking of 30 mins on the treadmill/bike/stair master If so, how did it work out?

The Meltdown Training program is listed in the 2002 archives. I’m on week 2 and so far my pants fit better, and I don’t weigh any less. I really like the program because it is a great change of pace. I plan to do 4 weeks of Meltdown and then review my progress. I have a 36 inch waist and my goal is to get to a 32 inch waist while keeping as much muscle as possible. Last week I stuck to the program and exercised 4 days but this week I’m thinking about adding an extra day of cardio. What do you guys think? Would that be too much?
