Meltdown PM Training Question

i'm doing meltdown training 1 and i find the pm training to be pointless (the 6 min of jumprope/rowing)...my heartrate is barely elevated and i never break a sweat...is it really supposed to be 1 min of jump roping, 2.5 min of rest, and then jumping rope again another 5 times?  this seems way too easy and I'm wondering if I'm doing this wrong.

cmon anybody? anyone have any alternatives to jumping rope or anything?
