thanks, in fairness, if I paused and took the straps away, and did the set of 5 as easy as kroc did I would be lifting allot less I suspect.

the training is comeing along pretty well, Im gonna diet over the summer and then hit the BYB program with a peaking program after and go for 500lbs.
Probably diet down to 295lbs, then bulk back up to 310-320 over a period of 8 weeks.

Iāve been meaning to ask you - do you play any sports in HS? How tall are you? 325 lb BW + world-class strength + likely above-average general athletic ability (as evidenced by you being able to get the rim at your BW) = MONSTER offensive lineman. I mean, if youāre 6ā2" or taller⦠My God, you live in FL, please tell me you play football!! And if not your coach should be shot for not recruiting you.

I dont play any sports, but Im gonna use wrestling next year as a reason to lose weight. I just have a bit of bulking/strength to get before I diet down to 275-285, at which point I want to have abbs. (not full 6 pack but what ever)
Im also gonna do weight lifting next year, and hopefully have the highest clean & jerk/bench.
I cant stand to play football here in florida, so, damn, hot. To much risk or injury for me.

I think if you diet down, you should just hire Skip or Shelby from IM and do a bb show. You would sweep any teen devision you entered simple because there would be no other teens there who weighed more than 200 lbs whereas you would be rocking 230-240 lbs minimum in contest condition.

I could, but Im not built to bodybuild, no calves and a big waist. I hate to hire someone to make me a diet when chances are I will never stick to it. My version of dieting would be 400 grams of protein with most of my carbs coming from milk and oatmeal before my workout.
Im really just dieting to give everyone the finger who has ever gave me shit for being fat.
Im perfectly fine being fat, and after I drop down to 280 (or what ever weight a 40" waist is) I will probably go on a even longer bulk and get up to 400lbs with steroids in my early twenties. Thats the shit that I lift for, to be bigger, and stronger than ever, just being lean and looking good would be boring as hell to me.

Not around here per say, but when I go on bb.com its hilarious. Il go in the teen section and remind the kids that the guruās there are 160lbs and they will flame me for being fat. Forget the fact that I weigh like 30lbs more than twice as much as them.
Took 5 days off benching⦠I think Il start benching once a week. I really like the idea of completely recovering between bench workouts.
