WTF…??

You floor press 315x3 and 275x5 and that gives you 400? Life is so unfair.

I noticed my floor press form is different than my bench form, first off I cant grip the bar as wide because the uprights are closer, secondly I tuck my elbows when I do floor presses where my elbows are out when I bench. It takes me out of my line of power and puts more emphasis on my shoulders.

BEAST!!

your a beast, should do sport though your going to pass up your chance at millions! Either way stay healthy, no limits for you.

Steps to making good progress strength wise.

  1. bulk for years at a time gaining at least 1lb a week
  2. learn everything you can about lifting
  3. push your self as hard as you can every time you lift

As you can see almost no one does any of these things, much less all three at the same time consistantly.

I dont make better progress than anyone here, I just do things differently. If you did what I did you would be makeing progress at least as fast as I am.

Stay strong, and break some records while you’re at it! I’ll be paying attention to your log.

How did you end up working with a 65 lbs bar?

Its a saftey squat bar, (ssb) a few days before I did 675 with knee wraps, I could get 495 (or 515) off with a SSB and knee wraps. So its about 150lbs harder than a normal bar for me. Add a low box to that and its just freakishly hard.

hammer strength rows 8x10
abbs 4x10
