Ok, I’ll bite. How many? And what percentage of gains did you keep? How much clean weight have you gained drug free?

Also, while I have you here - you’re originally from New York, right? What part of NY?

And why did you move to Belgium? : )

Seeing as I don’t really no BONEZ and I dont think he likes me, I feel qualified to answer this.

He gained 89.7% of his LBM clean and drug free. The other 10.3% was experimentation.

He’s from Brooklyn and likes L&B’s shitty pizza. I’m assuming hes from somwhere in the Bay Ridge/Bensonhurst/Sheepshead Bay/Gravesend area.

He moved to Belgium because of cheap Tren. By moved to Belgium I mean changed it as his location on his account.

BS.

Claiming they have nothing to do with their success is as dumb as saying it’s the only reason for their success.

No one really knows what would have been, when they started taking, what they were taking, and exactly what % of the results they added.

I know the “steroids don’t put in the work” sentiment is both popular and acceptable on this forum, But the truth is that it’s just as biased.

The bottom line is that the guys took them and risked everything (career, public scrutiny, the asterisk) because they worked. Because on them they could preform better with them. Period.

How much better and whether they deserve to be publicly castrated is another issue.
I just had to throw in the “quoted for truth” because I had no idea what Francois was talking about at the time. His horrible butchering of the English language had to be quoted. Now that I was able to decipher his point, I feel obligated to express my disagreement with it.

That is all.
I feel obligated to query your apparent ‘back-paddling’ at this time. Were you really trying to be sarcastic and witty or did you, as I suspect, agree with this character Francois’ statement? The question then becomes magnified – are you a truth-teller or are you just a liar? A simple, clear answer to any of these questions should yield enough evidence to stereotype you and therefore prejudice your future posts – that is, if you ever overcome the embarrassment I believe you have suffered at my expense.

Or perhaps we could discuss it over brunch? (I’ll be sure to serve the finest Indian tea)

I personally am tired of guys like bones and guys like “casey butt” trying to say what role roids play and what hypothetically would have been with/without them.

I just don’t understand why every jumps down the throat of a guy who over-emphasizes the role of steroids and people that under-emphasis it get a pass. This is why it normally appears I’m defending the prior. Because there is no need for me to call them on their shit.

Bones and I have been through this lots of times. He yells and screams about judging the role drugs play, while judging the role drugs play according to his own standards.

Who do you think is more biased when it comes to AAS? The “natty 4 life” guy or the guys that have big success on them?
If you really think I downplay the role drugs have in the making of top bodybuilders to make my own accomplishments more valid than you truly are stupider than your posts make you sound.

EDIT

I dont actually expect a serious reply because you know nothing about me or my accomplishments. And I dont plan to reply any further either.
I know exactly as much about how I would be if I took AAS as you do about how you would be if you never had. Oh, right, you’ve been off a year, you know everything. Come back and talk to me in 26 more years.

I dont actually expect a serious reply because you know nothing about me or my accomplishments.

However, I do know that you are an internet tough guy that like to talk down to anyone who has a different opinion on steroids than you do.

This started off as a good thread.

That was VERY impressive. Quincy had me envious though because I practiced posng for 2 minutes today and I was sweating like a pig. I was pleased to see Roelly sweat (how weird, huh?) I would love to have either of their physiques; very well balanced IMO. I like how Quincy exposed his glutes for him but Roelly later modestly covered them.

I met Roelly briefly after the Arnold and he seemed to be a really down to earth guy, much like Kai, Jay, and Phil. Thanks for the video. Lastly, I also would not have wanted to be the skinny white guy who’s girl was probably drooling while he was so impressed with all that beef! Hah!

Oh geez, gloves are coming off…this is going to turn into that Nationals Marlins game the other night…lol

I just wanna say the video was impressive but I didnt say DAMN until I saw Roelly do the most muscular…he is just massive!

Qunicy is talented as well.

quincy will never be a top pro, he’s a very good bodybuilder but not pro material imo
roelly on the other hand, after his accident, it only took him 2 or 3 years and he was the
absolute top in holland, won tha amateur ac and exploded onto the pro scene…
quincy never made those leaps.
gene’s are a strange thing…
Really? I thought Quincy looked really good, hope he rises up through the ranks. Imagine a 1,2 finish at a meet? That would be awesome. In any case looking at Quincy’s development he should really push himself to go far and use his brother as a benchmark. Quincy is impressive by my standard but when Roelly stands up and begins it’s like here’s a Ferrari street car (Quincy) and here’s a Ferrari F1 car (Roelly). Such a good video.

I like the first guys physique best.

What’s the name of that song in the vid?

Drake:Forever.It’s very catchy isn’t it.

Matt Foley? Motivational speaker?

I had no idea that was you!

Yeah.

I think these guys have what it takes to really be popular in the sport…if not out of it as well.

You need your long head to pretty much come down to your elbow to get that “huge fucking arm” look right?

I swear I read someone say something like that once. maybe Dante…

They use strapz, beltz, and glovez… noobie loserz.

Kidding. Awesome vids. Very motivating. Roelly is a freaking beef tsunami.

Great second video, hope there is MORE like the video said. Funny scene 50 seconds in, wonder what the “advice” from the old lady was haha.

Do siblings competing in BB contests happen often? Any other famous pairs? I’ve only seen the Barbarian Brothers but I guess they’ve will always be remembered in BB history.
