congradulations on the good results, i am sure it wont be long before you get that 700 squat, i remember how excited i was when i did it a few months ago at 265lb bodyweight and had failed the previous summer at 285lbs bodyweight. Just think about your weakpoints and strengthen them up and im sure you will smoke the 700lbs Westside training is great and keep up the good work, i guess ill see you at the worlds in august

Ill try to answer all the questions i can remember.
What can i do sans equipment? thats like asking Tiger Woods how far he can hit the ball with a 1950’s type driver. haha. I only train in gear. Im guessing i get about ten or twenty lbs out of my bench shirt. You dont get much out of a deadlift suit. Ive done 585 on reverse band deadlift in the gym with nothing on but a tshirt and shorts. I have no idea what i could squat without gear but keep in mind that im only using single poly gear when most of the guys on saturday were using canvas or double ply poly gear.
The meet was an APC meet. This is the faction that broke off from the APF. I dont care about all that drama. I just want to lift. On the bench i use an open back HD single blast shirt that Machine sent me. On deadlift i use the metal suit but i would use my z suit if i had to do it all over again. It was hard to get into position with the metal suit.
I squat more than i deadlift because of the gear more than likely. And because the squat is first and the deadlift is at the end of a very long day.
I think it was all of the above. I think i would have been good for most if not all of the strength gains on my own without 4adec, but it definitely helped with the lean muscle gain. I only used one serving per day and kept my diet fairly clean. I emphasize the word fairly. I know im getting tired of hearing people say that i dont look big enough to be a 275er. At the last meet the guy said i didnt look big enough to be a 242er.
