Utah, you gotta start hitting the shoulders like MAD.
Will do, I appreciate the critique.
What is your current shoulder training like?
Doing 5/3/1
So I press up to my percentages and reps with the standing press, then I usually do say 5 sets of 10 with 135…maybe laterals after that if I am feeling spry.
So if you remembered what I looked like, why did you demand another picture?
Because I didn’t remember until you posted the picture. I don’t exactly care that much about you to remember beyond our last conversation. You care about me way more.
I am not exactly carrying less muscle than you.
How do you know?
We cannot see under the goo.
You very well might need to get down into the 210 range to get yourself leaned up…but again anybody who has seen your attitude here for as long as I have, knows damn well that is not gonna happen.
…Uh, yeah, and the point is it doesn’t need to happen for people to see muscle gains or progress on me or to be impressed with how I look…or for me to be happy with how I look.
Can you possibly entertain the thought that those of us who you aim this at, echo the exact sentiments towards you? You say some of us here are not impressive, and it is law, yet when we are not impressed by you we are obviously dillusional?
Once again, I am not interested in what “impresses” you.
I said I gained more muscle than many here…you included. That is just truth. No one is degrading you by saying that. No one cares if that “impresses” you.
You can’t say that because there is no way to determine how much muscle you have because you are too fat to get a good estimate of muscle. Pretty simple
This wouldbe insanely false.
I am too fat to determine my body fat percentage?
LOL!!!
Reading comprehension please. I said good estimate as in it would be inaccurate conserving how much fat you have. Above 12-15 and it becomes very inaccurate

I think Professor X made progress from the two pics, I can also see that he was already pretty large to start with from the first pic.

…which wasn’t easy. Most people at that stage wouldn’t be seeing much more progress.

Impressed? How can you say this unless you literally ask everyone. Personally I am not impressed with how you look. Now I am not saying you don’t look big because that will be you new arguement. I am not impressed when I can’t see how much muscle someone is carrying. Happy with how you look Greg that’s all that matters good of you. I am being serious as well before. You call me out

This is flat out nonsense. Body fat percentages are less accurate at over 15%?
LOL!!
Most people are over 15% body fat and unless they are so fat a caliper can’t get a good reading, like an obese 30% or more, what you just wrote is made up nonsense.
Please stop adding straight up false info to the boards.

Translation… “that shit is fucking hard, and doesn’t need to happen, because I might be drastically wrong with how much muscle I think I am carrying… and how much I actually have”

I ddn’t say YOU were impressed. I saidn I don’t need to get leaner for people to be impressed with how I look.

Like I said before, I don’t see me degrading the progress made by others at all.
I see MANY of you trying to degrade me for mine though.

I don’t need or want to get leaner to look good.
Yes, we all understand that…all of us.
But it’s the fact that you degrade other people because they had the audacity to lean gain(or at least not bloat to 300 lbs bulking).
You say you have never degraded anybody’s progress…really? (Super Sayian has quite the cut and past collection of your greatest hits shitting on people and it has been posted MULTIPLE times, while you ignore it.)
We are not degrading your progress, we are saying that you can get JUST as big natty wise staying lean and not turn into a bloated love boat.
But…we are NOT seeing that. Where are all of the people “getting just as big”?
He said people can get just as big while staying lean.
You are not lean.
The people he is referring to will not be your size because they are lean.
Comprende?
You have different goals than others.
Others have different goals than you.
Don’t tell them to do things your way.
They don’t tell you to do things their way.
Don’t tell them that your way is THE right way.
They don’t tell you that their way is THE right way.
Different strokes for different folks.
Skin the cat.

Dude I give up, it is literally like ramming your head into a wall talking to him.
Well I started at 170 and I am 225 now does that not count?
You would be much smaller than Stu at his Bodyfat, same with Gregorn, same with Hungry4more…the same as a lot of posters on this site.
Why do you think this? I am 5’10" 250lbs or more…but you seem to not see that. Hunfry4more is likely close…but not the others you mentioned.
You don’t seem to understand that if I was your height, that would make me a relative 280-290lbs
Actually it would make you almost 261
250 pounds divided by 70 (your height in inches) = 3.57
3.57 multiplied by 73 (his height in inches) = roughly 261
Uh, no. In general, as it stands in bodybuilding, if you are relating two lifters of different heights, in general you add 5-10lbs for every inch in height.
There is no exact formula for this because LOOKS are variable.
Claiming that adding 3" of height would only lead to 10lbs of body weight difference is a bit off.
We are talking in general terms about someone who would gain height and the relative muscle mass.
