Pretty impressive. If you can get your traps a little more developed you will look like a beast. Side note: I am currently less developed than you so my opinion isn’t worth reading. Seeing as how you seem to be like me and consider yourself a constant work in progress I don’t think you will take offense to my statement. If you do however I apologize. It was not my intent to insult.

Not offended at all Pick…I have absolutely been working on doing more cleaning and snatching after my 5/3/1 stuff…I have some neck issues, but I am trying to work through them and get to my traps.
Of course I could always hunch over and flair them out…haha.
Can you possibly entertain the thought that those of us who you aim this at, echo the exact sentiments towards you? You say some of us here are not impressive, and it is law, yet when we are not impressed by you we are obviously dillusional?
Once again, I am not interested in what “impresses” you.
I said I gained more muscle than many here…you included. That is just truth. No one is degrading you by saying that. No one cares if that “impresses” you.
You can’t say that because there is no way to determine how much muscle you have because you are too fat to get a good estimate of muscle. Pretty simple

That is one way. My traps always lag pretty bad on me. I have said before that I just started back after a long layoff and I am giving the o-lifting a shot this go around for the first time. Typical diet of shrugs and upright rows never really cut it for me.
So if you remembered what I looked like, why did you demand another picture?
Because I didn’t remember until you posted the picture. I don’t exactly care that much about you to remember beyond our last conversation. You care about me way more.
?? First, I didn’t insult you…and second, why would I be a “fuckton smaller”? You are 6’1". You are 3" taller than me and weigh about 30lbs less. I am not exactly carrying less muscle than you.

LOL at “I can’t see a difference at all!!!”
holding phone differently!
anyway, I’ll bite, i’m no expert but seems to be bigger traps & upper arms
at the risk of talking about exercises, those vids with CT are interesting. Still using any of those techniques? and CT has massive triceps!
^I agree about the traps. That’s the main difference between the two pics in my eyes. What’s funny is that I actually think his arms look bigger in the before pic. Maybe it’s just the position of them. Really, though, I’d say the traps are the only big improvement.

How do you know?
We cannot see under the goo.
You very well might need to get down into the 210 range to get yourself leaned up…but again anybody who has seen your attitude here for as long as I have, knows damn well that is not gonna happen.
Great development Utah, that is impressive for being 224 lbs. It’s easy to be a chubby 224, but you appear lean and strong.
I think Professor X made progress from the two pics, I can also see that he was already pretty large to start with from the first pic.
I would have liked to see this place be more about “let’s go kill it fellas” and less about “dude my (choose any muscle) muscle is better than yours so you must suck ass.”
