You would be much smaller than Stu at his Bodyfat, same with Gregorn, same with Hungry4more…the same as a lot of posters on this site.
Why do you think this? I am 5’10" 250lbs or more…but you seem to not see that. Hunfry4more is likely close…but not the others you mentioned.

You don’t seem to understand that if I was your height, that would make me a relative 280-290lbs
Actually it would make you almost 261

250 pounds divided by 70 (your height in inches) = 3.57
3.57 multiplied by 73 (his height in inches) = roughly 261
Lol X downing ppl for not being big his weight yet seems to forget he is bloated fat guy. Right now if I was his bf I would weigh more than him lol. But why the hell would I want that? WEIGHT DOESN’T MATTER. It’s about muscular lean size and when you can’t see the muscle because its covered by inches of fat your doing something wrong

Uh, no. In general, as it stands in bodybuilding, if you are relating two lifters of different heights, in general you add 5-10lbs for every inch in height.

There is no exact formula for this because LOOKS are variable.

Claiming that adding 3" of height would only lead to 10lbs of body weight difference is a bit off.
Because he is being nice adding lean wait since UT is much leaner than you

Start doing JM shoulder training and embrace the pain
My shoulders blew up since incorporating some of his methods. I definitely recommend it for anyone.
Any where in particular I can find this? I tried a search but so far haven’t found much. I think I am missing the magic word.
Go into the articles section and by author. Find JM. There is one specific shoulder article and a couple others as well

Dear God.

Uh, we know he is leaner than me. I am also 3 INCHES SHORTER THAN HE IS which means at his height, I wouild be relatively up to 30lbs heavier than I am now to match.

Umm no

It’s pretty accreted that 3lbs/ inch is damn good lean weight. So going slightly over to compensate for some small amount of fat. But 10lbs/ inch is way to much extra fat and water.

10 pounds per inch?
El oh el
Are you adding 10 pounds per inch (PPI)to I -account for 3.5PPI of LBM and the other 6.5 to be fat?
Is that where you’re 10 pounds came from?

If Utah Lama was professor X’s height he would be 195?

That’s what I was getting st. 3lb/inch LEAN is pretty damn good

Thibs says you should allow for 5lbs per inch when comparing lifters of different heights

5lbs per inch natty ? And lean?

dunno, he just said it was a good rule of thumb. I assume he meant lean, because I don’t see why we’d have been discussing fat dudes

Much higher than I have ever heard.

So me at 72inc could be 350? Doesn’t seem quite right

I don’t think it means 5lbs for EVERY inch of height, lol. I mean it’s not like a 1 inch long baby weighs 5lbs…

I think it’s just a general rule when comparing lifters of around average height. So me at 5’ 11" and ~200lbs would look the same at ~210lbs if I were 6’ 1".

the easy way to know for sure would be just to ask Thibs I suppose…

And I was basing the 3lb/inch off of a close goal for a natty to hit at a lean weight. Based off of discussions with brick and bluecollar

So now we go with 10+ pounds per inch???

yeah I’ve heard that guideline, Bluecollartr8n posted a chart once of old school bodybuilders, guys like Steve Reeves etc. Most of them were sitting around the 3lbs/inch mark. It was pretty interesting, I think it was his how-do-you-train thread which was called something like “Bluecollartr8n - How do you Tr8in” if you want to check it out

If you reach that goal, you can be damn sure you’ve built yourself a fine physique. I’ve got like 15lbs more to get there, and I’d need to get a bit leaner too.

Man, I’m bummed. X just decided to completely ignore my response to his comments it seems. I guess my post wasn’t sufficient for him.

Yep that’s exactly what I was going off of. That’s why I don’t get why all of a sudden 5 would be added for comparing heights

When professional BBers compete is there a 5 pound per inch difference in weights?
I genuinely do not know.
That is probably not the best comparison considering they all probably lie about their actual heights and weights like a lot of people online lol
