Actually your skeleton should grow until you are in your low 30s especially if you lift weights and have no other Heath problems.

Really? Mine stopped at 18, lol, which is why i can’t seem to wrap my head around them growing well into adulthood.
How do you know yours stopped at 18? Serious question.
Well i might have grown another inch or so in height, but i was talking about wrist/ankle circumference…and the fact that the scale only started moving in my early 30s when i started training.
You don’t have to grow in height for bone formation to occur. The density of the current bone can increase. If your bones stopped growing at 18 your gonna have osteoporosis. Gaurenteed

That is why no one can tell you the weight of “only muscle” that you have gained…and why we rely on “lean body mass” as an objective way of measuring body comp.

I honestly don’t get it.
He literally has his own forum in the T-Cell.
He (and one other guy, I believe) have the keys to the gate to let in others or reject them, as HE sees fit.
Why not just stay there with the people he deems worthy of speaking to him?
(I won’t bother asking why that forum seems to have died…)
First, this isn’t about finding people “worthy of speaking to me”. That doesn’t even make sense based on what I’ve posted here since I often speak the most to the newer trainers in my gym.
Stu also is a mod in the T-Cell so why not tell him to stay there also?
This thread is about what is stated in the OP.
If you don’t like the thread topics, why post in the thread just to tell all of us you don’t like it?
Why not just ignore it?
Because Stu didn’t start a thread about how not everyone should feel free to “speak on the same level.”
If you don’t like these lesser people posting on the same level why start a thread just to tell all of us you don’t like it?
Why not just ignore it?
why only ask rhetorical questions?

Are we talking about “The Unit”? Because, if so, I think I’ll pass. If I ever had a workout with all of his/her/its personalities, it would take about five hours. Ain’t nobody got time for that.

There is a caste system in the fitness world.
Bber think PL are pancakes and Cheeto eating MFers;
PLs think BBers are airbrushed G4P faggots;
CrossXItters think they know it all (;-));
Physique class thinks all heavyweight Bber drink Deca and Slin by the pint;
Bbers think Physique guys spend way to much time doing abs.

What these people think is often true. :)
I dunno, never done G4P…
I do like cheetos but, I don’t know my one rep max.

So, I’ve been reading along through this thread. I don’t really have anything to add. Just wanted to let you guys know that there’s a guy in RMP that’s 5’11" and 315 pounds. The guy is a tank. Just figured you all could swing over and check it out if you wanted a break from all this. That is the point of this site, right? To discuss building muscle and not argue?
Care to comment brick?

I guess you’re right. That guy is a monster though for sure! Damn good work.
Exactly what I was thinking. Seriously, 315 pounds and relatively lean. Damn impressive. What’s more impressive is that he has managed to keep going despite recent events in his personal life. Inspirational.
