Seriously the closest thing you can get in the artificial setting of the internet forums that the OP wanted is readily apparent in the HeavyThrower thread and others like that on here. It has to be amongst the best thing this site has done in a dozen years this mentoring thing. I read up on all those involved every time I am online and am cheering them on all the way. Ah that must be Camaraderie

I honestly don’t get it.
He literally has his own forum in the T-Cell.
He (and one other guy, I believe) have the keys to the gate to let in others or reject them, as HE sees fit.
Why not just stay there with the people he deems worthy of speaking to him?
(I won’t bother asking why that forum seems to have died…)
First, this isn’t about finding people “worthy of speaking to me”. That doesn’t even make sense based on what I’ve posted here since I often speak the most to the newer trainers in my gym.
Stu also is a mod in the T-Cell so why not tell him to stay there also?
This thread is about what is stated in the OP.
If you don’t like the thread topics, why post in the thread just to tell all of us you don’t like it?
Why not just ignore it?
why would we want stu to stop posting here?
stu is…
a natural pro.
very knowledgeable.
someone who actually has trained/coached people.
a very polite and modest poster.
has an awesome physique.
then there is you who…
has no experience training someone else.
demonstrates a poor understanding of proper nutrition.
has NOT accomplished anything in the field of bodybuilding, neither scientific or the actual sport.
is very narcissistic.
has a massively undeserved ego.
is a downright prick to anyone who disagrees with you.
and turns every thread you enter into a complete shitstorm.
hmmm, mabey thats why stu is a more well liked and well respected poster than you…

Worked as a personal trainer for two years before going to Dental School…so this is false.

demonstrates a poor understanding of proper nutrition.
I’m sorry, but what are you basing this on? I understand that topic pretty well.
I wasn’t aware I needed to win a contest to discuss lifting weights openly.
is very narcissistic.
Dear Lord…this has not been seen before in bodybuilding.
has a massively undeserved ego.
You don’t even know me personally so this nonsense is…cute.

If someone is wrong and I point that out, that isn’t being a prick. They are just wrong.

That would be impossible to do by myself.
YOU and those like you would have to fill a thread with posts attacking me for that to happen.
I am not here for a personality contest.

Might be basing it off you refusing to part with the most basic nutrition information.

I wasn’t aware I was asked about basic nutrition.
What you have usually done is give a case study and then say, “Write a diet for this made up person so we can critique it”…or something along those lines.
This is the only reason my education gets brought up…you somehow think someone with my background doesn’t know BASIC nutrition…which is flat out insulting.

Wouldn’t giving someone a hypothetical trainee and asking them for a diet outline be considered asking for basic nutritional information?

I don’t know how much you know about it. I said you won’t PART with it, even the most basic of stuff related to losing or gaining weight. You won’t even give your take on how you plan on leaning out other than “cut down on carbs” or how much cardio you will be doing or what someone should do when they decided to lean down.

personal training is a fucking joke 99% of them are clueless. i meant trained some proper serious weight lifters…
im basing your poor understanding of nutrition off the fact that you couldnt even answer a simple question posted in another thread by brick.
yes your right you dont need to compete in bodybuilding to discus weight lifting. i was just pointing out your lack of experience in the sport of bodybuilding.
lol they are all just wrong. no one is ever right when it comes to being against you X. you have a serious problem with accepting or even acknowledging an opinion or belief that doesn’t completely agree with you or in someway validate your lifes work. it kinda comical actually.

Trained for fifteen years and never heard of the traditional definition of the pre-exhaust method. Then screams at everyone who disagrees for 30 pages for getting it wrong.
Reminds people constantly he’s a doctor.
Brags constantly about his education.
Asks people if they need him to repeat what he just wrote.
Asks people if he needs to write it out in crayon.
Asks people who argue with him in multiple threads if they’re gay.
Asks people if English is their first language.
Constantly tries to convince everyone to accept the inflated image he has of himself.
Is constantly sarcastic and condescending.
But I suppose none of the above is being a prick. It’s just pointing out when people are wrong.

Hounding someone you don’t like on the internet could also be considered prickish behaviour. You and others have clearly made your point. Is repeating it over and over going to make the slightest bit of difference? I think you are too smart to think that it would so you have another agenda.
Your talents and humour on this forum are wasted pursuing X incessantly. The same is true of other people. Anyone would think the guy had murdered someone but all he’s guilty of is having some strong opinions and not sugar coating them. Whats wrong with that?
To expect everyone here to conform to some idealised image of humbleness and humility is wishful thinking. We’re all here for similar reasons, and we can all learn something from each other, no matter how far removed our belief systems are.

All excellent points and all points that could be levelled at X and how he comes off to the posters who “hound” him as you put it.
If you are in any doubt who starts these things time and time again look at his entry into the recent " Question About Pre-Fatiguing " thread where he came into the discussion with his usual bluster and multiple question marks and capitals.
I am now convinced along with several other people here that PX is employed by Biotest to make these threads recieve a great number of hits and by that token he has been a remarkeable success. What should have given the game away beyond his blatant trolling was his CO videos showing an " advanced " trainee bottling it time after time despite his many threads lauding his " hardcore " mindset. It was though he wasnt really used to pushing himself quite as hard as he says he does. CT even laughed at X’s efforts at one stage.
where can I fine these videos of Pro X in CO?
