Can someone clarify one thing for me (although this will sound REALLY STUPID, but I am not from USA):
how many cm is 13". It’s just that I’m not sure if one inch is 2.5cm or 3cm.

One inch is equal to 2.54cm. 13 inches should be about 33cm.
The only exception is when measuring your dick. Measure in centimeters and report in inches on a 1:1 basis.
