Here’s a stupid question for you.
When measuring Surge or Grow!, I am supposed to measure by scoops. Great!.. Except I need to know what a scoop is.
In other words, does a scoop equal the full scoop or does it equal the line in the middle of the scoop?

i dont own either of those products. But when it says a scoop its to the top of the scooper.

I’m gunna say full scoop, I’ve been using full scoops and the shake tastes fine. If I went by the half line they would be watery and nasty. I
In fact, I seem to recall the Surge directions say “heaping” scoop, which suggests NOT stopping in the middle of the scoop.
The scoop they are referring to is included in the bottle. You may have to dig a little to find it. And as mentioned above, the directions usually say “rounded” or “heaping” or something of this nature. You could also weigh some on your food measuring scale and see how much of the scoop they mean.
