Notched Scooper

Okay, this may sound like a silly idea, but it’s something that I think would be very helpful, at least to me. When I mix my Grow! with food (i.e. oatmeal for P+C, pb and flax for p+f, etc), I tend to need 30 grams of protein to meet my protein needs when considering the amount in the food I’m mixing it with. So I do my full scoop of powder, and then eyeball a half scoop.

I was thinking…I make at least one meal a day with this amount of Grow!..it would be cool if the scooper was notched all around at the halfway point to see exactly where 10 grams of Grow! protein would be. Yes, I know I can weigh for the grams, or measure the scooper and draw a line to determine this point, but it would be great if the scooper already came with this feature.

What do others think? Would this be beneficial to any of you, or do you generally set up your protien powder meals around the 20 or 40 grams of protein? Or to the Biotest fellas, would the cost of manufacturing this just outweigh its worth?

Nobody? Wow…I thought at least one person might have thought this was cool. Oh well, I will stick to status quo then.

if you can weigh it and calculate the grams of protein, why can’t you just mark it?

i mean, for the makers to do this MAY increase the cost of the products and… well… that wouldn’t be too good

i’m not sure i understood what you were getting at hehe

I usually use a scoop and a half. But I have been content just eyeballing the half-scoop. Thank goodness the scoop has straight sides, not tapered.

All measurements have some error, or variance, anyway, including the ones on labels, which are rounded. I say, don’t worry about it.
