Meals on Non-Workout Days

Hey guys im on the T-Dawg diet because im trying to lose some fat and get my relative strength up.

However i have a question regarding my non-training days…how does my diet change on my off or non training days sicne theres not gonna be a post workout drink or a preworkout drink. do i still eat the meal i was supposed to eat after the post workout drink? whats your take on this?

Its simple bro you simply have 70g carbs on off 100 on on thats the only difference.

are you working out on your non-work out days? No. No, you don’t have a post work out meal. You still eat six meals, but replace the post workout meal with just protein or with some healthy fats and protein.
