When do you ingest the bulk of your food in a given day? I try to take in as much as possible for breakfast, and then decline steadily to dinner, and don’t take anything else in after 10pm.
I usually start strong with breakfast, bigger lunch and taper off towards the end of the day. Pre-bed snack about 30 min before my head hits the pillow.
I used to try to make breakfast my biggest meal, but that’s a little rough on my stomach sometimes. Plus less food in the AM means more room for the important stuff-coffee!
