with all the great articles and info with regard to nutrition, nutrient timing and general eating patterns on this site, when do you eat your first meal of the day, when is your last feeding of the day, and how does this relate (if at all) to when you go to sleep?
for me, the first meal is usually consumed between 4:15 and 5:30 a.m., with the last feeding coming anywhere between 4:30 and 6:30 p.m. bedtime is usually between 8 and 9 p.m.
was curious to see how this pattern compared to some of the other t-folks out there.
