How Long Before Bedtime Snack?

My bedtime snack (ate 30 minutes before bedtime) currently is 1/2 cup of natural yogurt with one serving of either Chocolate or Vanilla Grow!.

How far apart should I spread my 5th meal? In other words say I eat my 5th meal (last real meal, 6th being the bedtime snack) at 10:00 PM and it takes about a half hour to an hour to eat. Is that a long enough time period before eating the bedtime snack at 12:30?

I’m kind of confused on the eat every 2 to 3 hours. That is begin eating every 2 to 3 hours not eat 2 to 3 hours after you have finished a given meal. Correct?

BUMP.

Edited the post.

I’m guessing that you’re trying to get big and not cut down, right? So I would say that that’s enough time between meals, as long as that 5th meal isn’t super huge (1 hour to eat, wow). Maybe even split up the 5th and add a bit to the 6th if you feel it’s too hard to eat within that time period.

One of the most important things that I’ve picked up over the years is not to stick strictly with someone elses time periods, cuz your body’s going to react to food and time periods differently. Just out of my sick curiosity, are you following one of the diets here, or something else?

Just my 2 cents, I’d like to hear what the “big gunz” have to say.

Agreed, why does it take ou so long to eat? I’m a notoriously slow eater, but you have me beat! LOL

While I’d spread it out more for personal reasons, what you’re doing is okay as long as you can sleep with all that food on your stomach (also depending on what your hour long meal consists of).

Cheers
