Holy shit…LMFAO!!! I hope this thread keeps going, it’s good humor.

Dude, you are a young punk, but I’m going to give you some advice. Correct your posture. You don’t want to be adding muscle to a frame that’s not set up properly. Plenty of articles on this site, find them.

Good luck, and if you want to go anywhere in life you need to change your attitude. Otherwise, you’re not going to find anyone that gives two shits about you.

Sorry but the truth hurts sometimes.[/quote]

Yeah, I am working on the posture thing. I’ve been trying to get a doctors appt setup about my apnea, I have t sleep in wierd positions or my throat will close while I’m sleeping multiple times a night. that should help a lot. I am dilusional about my traps I guess, they looked bigger when the rest of me was smaller. Oh well. I have lost. Time to cut my losses and take good advice. I should of posted this thread in the beginner’s topic.

Boil about dozen or a dozen and a half eggs. Refrigerate them and take them to school the next day. Snack on them between classes, under your desk, for lunch… Remember too that eggshells are biodegradable and provide good fertilizer for plants.

*Unless you’re allergic to eggs?
**If you do this for a really long time, you might develop an allergy to eggs and have to stop eating them for a few (5-6) weeks before your body stops whining. This hasn’t happened to me and I’ve been eating a dozen a day (albeit only for a few months).

wow this thread made my day
