Do a trap specialization. Monday and Thursday all trap work. Shrugs, overhead shrugs, jump shrugs etc
Then use tues and friday as ab days

to the kid who posted this…there is nothing remotely big about you. Your progress has been mediocre at best, largely due to your meager diet. It seems as though you have really screwed yourself as far as your reputation is concerned, you really shouldn’t have posted here.
posting your picture here is a way of asking for advice and/or critiscm, and when some guy tells you to get real and be honest with yourself regarding how weak you are, you get all emotional on everyone.
dude, get real. You are just like all those little bastards who run around in my gym doing a set of bench press on the smith machine before buying a caffeine drink and hitting the sauna, and then taking pictures of themselves for myspace in their girl pants.
close your mouth and open your mind kid, alot of these guys know tons of useful information that you will need if you ever hope to get somewhere…
your traps arent big, you are only assuming the “tough guy” stance in your April #2 picture, which i see alot of people your age doing, i used to do it too when i was around 12…but i grew out of it… if you want big traps do alot of snatch grip deadlifts, snatch grip rack pulls and power shrugs (among other things). and eat
and if someone genuinely flames you, flaming back only shows how childish you are…
