I did… “who are you kidding” when I stated I had a minor imbalence and was looking mostly for leg/upper back size in recent days got me flamed by a random guy who sucks at lifting.

This thread was more of…where do I need improvements the most. and what can I do to get there based on these photos kind of thing. which has been stated multiple times.

How are you going to sarcastically call someone massive after calling them a little fuck and then imply that their bench sucks because they can’t bench a HYYYYYOOOOGEEEEEEE 1.5x bodyweight in the same paragraph that you say personal attacks are a sign of weakness and insecurity?

It doesnt look like your traps “dominate” anything. It looks like your shoulders are rolled forwards which gives makes your traps look bigger than they actually are. It looks weird in a polo because you arent standing up straight. By the way, “my traps look weird in a polo” might just be the gayest statement I have ever read here on T-Nation.

Girls say your traps are big? Hate to break it to you, but 16 year old girls tend think Brad Pitt looked gigantic in Fight Club and that anyone who weighs more than 175 lbs is “too big” “weird looking” and “taking steroids”.

By the way, those are some nice girl jeans youre wearing in those pictures. Did you borrow those from the girl who told you your shoulders were too big?

yes perhaps for a 16 year old in the general population u have “big” traps (though im still a little skeptical) but on a website dedicated to weight training ur traps aren’t big and not even “unbalanced” you just need to put muslce on overall and not worry about any imbalances…

i realize ur initial intent was not to brag about ur traps but now uve taken it to the point that ur defending them… all you have to say is

it’s my body type, I looked that way before I started lifting too, it’s more the fact everything else is non-existant. The angle of the photo doesn’t do it justice.

I do know where I’m posting. I think guys who wear under armor in the weightroom are gay… and that actually might have a reason behind it. Polos??? nah not very gay. basically I said I wanted more width to my back and meat on my legs as my current goals. I think I can asses where I’m lacking better then you can from a few random poorly taken photographs.

jeeze read what I had wrote and chill. I wasn’t being a pussybitch I was mocking a guy who told me I was insignificant even though his 9 year lifting endevor failed to a massive degree. I took anything remotely remotely not angry asshole pretending to be strong person’s comment quite well. honestly, don’t ruin my fun. that guy who tried puting me down got shut down. what i recommend…

Do a trap specialization. Monday and Thursday all trap work. Shrugs, overhead shrugs, jump shrugs etc

Then use tues and friday as ab days
the ladies will be fawning over how hot u look in ur oddly fitted polo that is pulled up to ur chest

this should cure ur dinky traps syndrome… dont know what to do about ur lack of testicles though

i do think that u and the pussy who initially insulted u should both have a trap off though… both submit pics with ur traps flexed and ur shoulders rolled as far forward as possible

also could u post a pic of u wearing a polo. im actually being serious… i want to see what looks weird about it

You do realize that there is not “big traps, skinny body” body type. Iv already said it, your traps look bigger than they are because you have a postural problem and your shoulders are rolled forwards. Im sorry, but if you cant capture the massiveness of your traps in a picture, then we have no reason to believe you until you can prove to us otherwise. What does underarmour have to do with everything? Youre complaining about how your shoulders look in a certain type of shirt when you should really be worried about the fact that you have a serious postural issue that may cause you to have problems later in life.

If I were you, I would make my current goals pertain more to all of me rather than certain parts. You are small all over and do not need to specialize on anything. Get your posture fixed and build a base of strength and size and then maybe worry about certain parts.

Also, youre bagging on a guy who has been training for 9 years. Thats still 8 years longer than you have been at this and he undoubtedly knows more than you, even if its only what not to do.

Hotcarl ive been reading T-Nation for a hella long time, and ever since you joined your posts have always brought sunshine into my day lol.

to the kid who posted this…there is nothing remotely big about you. Your progress has been mediocre at best, largely due to your meager diet. It seems as though you have really screwed yourself as far as your reputation is concerned, you really shouldn’t have posted here.

your traps arent big, you are only assuming the “tough guy” stance in your April #2 picture, which i see alot of people your age doing, i used to do it too when i was around 12…but i grew out of it… if you want big traps do alot of snatch grip deadlifts, snatch grip rack pulls and power shrugs (among other things). and eat

yeah I know my neck is fucked up. I have apnea and the only way to keep my throat from closing is to keep my head propped up. does anyone have advice on this.
