Hey Guys, I’m new here and this is my first post.
I just started a WS4SB program, and I’m trying to follow it as close as I can.
Question: Would it be okay for me to use squat rack bicep curls as my ME lift? Or should I just stick to my ME chest flys?
Also: For lower body, would balancing on a BOSU ball be considered a posterior chain exercise?
I’m a beginner, so I’m really trying to bulk up, I drink an extra Latte at Starbucks every day and I upped my calories to 2000, any help would be appreciated.

If not, I have one piece of advice for you. NEVER and i mean never, do curls in the squat rack. Well unless u want some monster overhead pressing you against the ceiling.
