I had a thought that while using the taper method for massive eating having a “transition meal” might be a good idea. It would work like this meals 1-3 carb + protein, meal 4 low insulin producing protein meal, meals 5-7 fat + protein. That way you could avoid taking in your first fat+ protein meal when insulin levels are still high from the last carb + protein meal. I know protein foods also ellicit significant insulin responses, but not on the level of a mixed carb and protein meal. Any thoughts? By the way I love the massive eating program and have made great results.
