Massive Eating

John Berardi or any nutrition experts clear this question up for me.

When on the massive eating diet, should you still practice seperate food combinations when taking a week off training?, (similar principle to off training days) and which combo’s. I’m thinking of going with first 2 meals carbs and protein and the remaining 4/5 meals, fats and protein obviously restricting how many calories i take in. Feedback please!!!

Of course you would stay on the diet, but I’d get more P+F meals. That’s just me and my carb sensitive ass though. :slight_smile:
