I find that a 40carb-45pro-15 fat ratio works well for me. If I want to use the Massive eating principles, would you reccomend eating 1 or 2 pro-fat meals a day? If it’s two, how can I keep fat low enough in carb-pro meals to fit in 2 fat-pro meals. Even oatmeal has 3 g per serving and it adds up quick. Maybe protein alone in my final meal? Thanks.
Well, you could just find out what your fat requirement would be once you find out your caloric measurement. Divide that by 3 and just pay attention to where your getting your calories from. Or, since this is a new nutrition program for you, why not experiment with a slightly higher fat intake and see how your body responds?
